#1 The Least Understood Postural Muscle – Diaphragm

Many people know the diaphragm as a respiratory muscle. But it has also another function as well.

It is very important to central core stability and greatly influences our daily movements, as well as gait and a posture overall. More on that in our future posts.

In short, you’ll not have a good posture if you only work with even so great and incredible psoas let alone other muscles (such as pectoralis minor for example)!.. yeah!.. that’s true

Diaphragm Release is a Must!

Diaphragm inhibition (restriction) influences a squat movement which is explained in a further video.

Good news is that everybody can master a diaphragm self-release quite easily.

It can be done on a daily basis. One can do that after a stressfull day, during the day, in the morning. You’ll be totally surprised how effective this simple, yet powerful practice. It can be incorporated into stress management techniques.
